Welcome to Region IV of The Summit Lighthouse and Church Universal and Triumphant on the East Coast of the United States — the sum of various spiritual communities dedicated to practice the living teachings of the Ascended Masters and the Path of personal transformation.
Region IV spans the entire U.S. East Coast, uniting teaching centers, study groups, and members throughout this vital corridor of our nation.
Who We Are
Region IV is under the spiritual leadership of Revs. Kenneth and Bonita Frazier, who serve as regional ministers designated for this region. Through their guidance and steadfast commitment, our regional activities remain aligned with the greater mission of our Mother Church and the ongoing work of spiritual expansion.

The idea for Region IV was born in 2000 at the home of Rev. Kenneth Frazier, where a small group of friends and students of the teachings from the Washington, D.C., area began gathering on the porch to share fellowship and vision. Among those involved in the early meetings were Ben Canvel, a member of the Washington, D.C. community, as well as Hector and Robert Smith, who were also part of the early Region IV committee.
In 2001, The Summit Lighthouse formally recognized Region IV as The Summit Lighthouse®, Region IV. Over the years, our East Coast region gradually grew, extending its presence from Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia into other southeastern States. Today, Region IV continues to bring together individuals from across the region in a spirit of unity, service, and devotion to the teachings.
Where It All Began
To publish and apply the Teachings delivered by the Ascended Masters to their Messengers Mark L. Prophet and Elizabeth Clare Prophet and their anointed successors in order to restore the original one on one relationship between the soul and God and to liberate the souls of planet Earth.
The Summit Lighthouse is a non-profit spiritual community dedicated to accelerating the soul’s reunion with God. From practical spirituality to the path of the ascension, we’ have been sharing the Teachings of the Ascended Masters, as delivered by Mark and Elizabeth Clare Prophet, for over 60 years.

For more than 50 years, The Summit Lighthouse® has been publishing the Teachings of the Ascended Masters—the mystics and sages of East and West who graduated from earth’s schoolroom and attained union with God.
The Summit Lighthouse®, a non-profit organization, is the official source for Teachings of the Ascended Masters from Mark L. Prophet and Elizabeth Clare Prophet and their students. We are dedicated to making these teachings available to all those looking for answers to life’s difficult questions.
The fundamental principle of the Teachings of the Ascended Masters is that all sons and daughters of God have a divine spark that is their potential to realize the universal Christ within and ascend to God as Jesus did. This concept is at the heart of all the major religions, East and West.
Teachings of the Ascended Masters East and West
Among these saints are Gautama Buddha, Maitreya, Jesus Christ, Saint Michael the Archangel, Zarathustra, Moses, Melchizedek, Mother Mary, Saint Francis, Saint Germain, El Morya, Thérèse of Lisieux and unnumbered and unnamed loving hearts, servants of humanity.
The ascended masters are all a part of the Great White Brotherhood*, spoken of in Revelation 7 as the great multitude of saints “clothed with white robes” who stand before the throne of God. The Brotherhood works with earnest seekers and public servants of every race, religion and walk of life to assist humanity in their forward evolution.
* The term “white” refers not to race but to the aura of white light that surrounds these immortals.
